The National Weather Service in Sterling Va has issued a flood
warning for the following rivers in Maryland...West Virginia...

  Potomac River at Paw Paw affecting Allegany...Hampshire and Morgan
  Counties

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Never attempt to drive through a flooded roadway...this is how most
flood deaths result.

The National Weather Service in Sterling Va has issued a
* Flood Warning for
  The Potomac River at Paw Paw.
* From this afternoon until Saturday morning.
* At 9 AM Friday the stage was 23.2 feet and rising.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by mid-afternoon today and crest
  near 26.2 feet by early this evening. The river will fall below
  flood stage by overnight tonight.
* Impact...At 26.0 feet...Water covers an access road on the West
  Virginia side.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 25.2 feet
  on Jun 3 2018.
