Amy Moyer has been appointed as the permanent executive director of the Western Maryland Food Bank. Longtime Executive Director Diana Loar retired last summer and at that time Moyer was named as the interim. Chuck Koelker, the food bank’s board of director’s president, announced this week that the board voted in February to drop the interim from Moyer’s title. Moyer, who was hired at the food bank in 1989, now has close to 30 years with the organization….
