On Saturday, December 7th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department responded to a Valley Street residence for a disturbance complaint. When officers arrived, contact with made with a female victim who advised that Louise Ann Mosier drove to her house intoxicated and uninvited, walked into her home and assaulted her. Officers did observed injuries consistent with a recent assault. Mosier was arrested and charged with 1st degree burglary, assault, child neglect, disorderly conduct, and driving while under the influence. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner for a bond review and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $10,000 bond.
