This is a big week in Annapolis as gun rights and gun control advocates have lined up to testify on a slew of bills. Sixteen gun-related bills were heard earlier this week including allowing parishioners to be armed inside church, requiring an armed presence inside every school and getting a license and background check for long guns. The bills also include outlawing the possession, sale or creation of 3-D printed guns and a ban on firearms assembled by kits. Another bill requires the state attorney general to complete a gun trace study to determine where illegal firearms are coming from. Both sides took turns pleading their case to lawmakers….
