Two Arrested for Disorderly Conduct with Airsoft Guns

On August 13, 2019 officers from the Cumberland City Police Department responded to 308 Bellevue Street for a disturbance.  Officers were further advised that the caller was also hearing glass being broke behind her residence.  When officers arrived they located William Kelley and Clifton Lee.  Both Kelley and Lee were in possession of airsoft guns.  While speaking with both subjects they advised that they were shooting out windows to an abandoned house to scare any squatters inside.  Both subjects admitted to officers that they were intoxicated and admitted to breaking items inside the house.  As a result of the incident, Kelley and Lee were placed under arrest.  Kelley and Lee were transported to the Cumberland City Police Department for processing.  Kelley and Lee were processed and served with citations before being released.

Arrested: William Louis Kelley                                            Age: 23 of Cumberland, Maryland

Charges: Disorderly Conduct and discharging an airsoft gun in the city limits

Arrested: Clifton Randolph Lee IV                                     Age: 23 of Lavale, Maryland

Charges: Disorderly Conduct.
