On Saturday evening at approximately 9:00 PM, officers from the Cumberland City Police Department were dispatched to Mt. View Drive for a disturbance.
Upon arrival officer contacted Lauren Oleskie and a male subject. Oleskie was intoxicated and yelling at the male subject. An officer attempted to give Oleskie a ride home however she ran from the officer still yelling at the male. The officers noticed several subjects had exited their residence due to the disturbance that Oleskie was creating.
Mrs. Oleskie was placed under arrest and transported to the police station. Mrs. Oleskie was issued a criminal citation and released pending trial in District Court.
