An Oakland woman was arrested following an incident Saturday night at a residence on Tall Oaks Drive.
Garrett County Sheriff's Deputies say they were called to the address to investigate a domestic disturbance. While there, 48 year old Beth Anne Bonebreak is said to have assaulted one of the deputies.
Bonebreak was awaiting a hearing before a District Court Commissioner.
