On Saturday, October 24th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Emily Michele Wagner for violation of probation. The warrant was issued by District Court for failing to follow the conditions of her probation order by the court back on March 12th, 2020 for driving on a suspended license charge. She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on her own personal recognizance pending trial.

On Saturday, October 24th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department issued George Anthony Warren a criminal citation for trespassing at a N. Centre Street business. Warren had previously received a no trespassing letter by the business owner barring him from entering the property. He signed and received his copy of the citation and was released pending trial at District Court.
