Dr. Mary Neal, the author of “To Heaven and Back” and “7 Lessons From Heaven,” was the keynote speaker Thursday morning at the 2019 Cumberland Area National Day of Prayer rally and breakfast. The prayer rally was held Wednesday night at Central Assembly of God- and the breakfast was Thursday morning at Windsor Castle.
