The City of Cumberland would like to notify the public on the behalf of CSX Transportation, Inc. that beginning at 7am on Thursday, September 12, 2019, the Franklin Street Railroad Crossing shall be reopened between Columbia Avenue and North Centre Street. Traffic will be back to normal pattern.
