Officers responded to an apartment building on N. Centre St. for a report of a loud disturbance. Upon their arrival they could hear loud music coming from inside of the apartment. They then made contact with the occupants of the apartment and were able to identify one of them as Jordan Early Turner. Another subject inside of the apartment refused to identify himself at first but did as Austin James Bible. While the officers were talking with the subjects they continued to be loud creating a disturbance. Eventually they agreed to keep the noise down and the officers left the apartment. Once on the sidewalk officers heard the two begin to create a disturbance again that could be heard on the street. Officers responded back to the apartment and placed both subjects under arrest. They were transported to CPD where they were processed and charged on a Criminal Citation. They were released pending trial in District Court.
