On Thursday, May 30, 2024 at approximately 7:11 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 900 block of Hilltop Drive for an assault in progress. On Thursday, May 30, 2024 at approximately 2:55 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department stopped a vehicle in the area of Park Street. Officers contacted the occupants who were identified as Jeremy Skidmore and Stephanie Growden. A police K-9 was utilized and alerted to the odor of drugs inside the vehicle.
