Officers responded to the area of Baltimore and George St. for a report of a subject threatening people with a rock.  Upon their arrival they contacted a witness who stated that the subject who was threatening someone with a rock had left walking prior to their arrival.  A short time later they received a complaint for a fight approx. one block away on Baltimore and Liberty St.  Upon their arrival to this area they observed 5 people involved.  They were separated and interviewed about the incident.  All advised that they were walking down Baltimore St. when Leo Durocher began following them.  While following them he was constantly harassing them and attempting to get them to fight.  Once they reached Liberty St. Durocher pulled out a knife and verbally threatened to stab the victim.  He then began to swing the knife in front of one of the victims.  Durocher then threw the knife down and began to punch the victim.  The victim had minor injuries to his face from the assault.  The knife was located in a planter hidden under a vest.  Another witness stopped to tell the police that Durocher was the one who was threatening people with a rock.  Durocher was placed under arrest and transported to Ph where he was charged and processed.
