It was not a capacity crowd by any means, but those in attendance at Monday night’s pre session public meeting of the local legislative delegation at Allegany College of Maryland had plenty of questions and comments for the lawmakers. For close to four hours, delegation members George Edwards, Kevin Kelly, Leroy Myers and Wendell Bietzel heard from more that two dozen citizens on a wide variety of topics ranging from tax hikes, to Marcellus shale, education funding and slot machines…
