With less than four weeks to go before Election Day, the state's elections administrator says Maryland is ready for mail-in and in-person voting. Addressing the Board of Public Works, Elections Administrator Linda Lamone said that the state has received 1.2 million applications for mail-in ballots, and 800,000 packets have been mailed out. She notes there are 81 early voting locations, which will be open from October 26 until November 2nd…
