On Thursday, March 5th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court warrant on Wendy Faline Livengood for violating the conditions of her probation order by the court on December 23rd, 2019. She was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center until she can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
