On Monday, December 9, 2019, the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant on Larry Rodeheaver, age 39 of Cumberland, Maryland. The Bench Warrant stemmed from Rodeheaver violating conditions of Probation. Rodeheaver was later provided his Initial Appearance in District Court, and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
On Monday, December 9, 2019, the Cumberland Police served an Arrest Warrant on Randal Kelley II, age 39 of Cumberland, Maryland. The Warrant stemmed from a theft incident that occurred on December 2, 2019 on Mount Savage Road, Cumberland, Maryland. Subsequently, charges were applied for in District Court and a Warrant was issued charging Kelley with theft $100-$1500, and littering/dumping under 100 lbs. Kelley was later provided his Initial Appearance in District Court, and remanded to the Allegany Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
On Monday, December 9, 2019, the Cumberland Police served five Bench Warrants on Parice Wallace, age 59 of Frederick, Maryland. The Warrants stemmed from Wallace failing to appear in Frederick County District Court on 8/24/2016, for two separate cases on 4/11/2017, 6/28/2016, and 6/9/2016. Wallace was later provided his Initial Appearance in District Court, and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a total of $5,000 bond.
