Outgoing CEDC leader makes recommendations ahead of departure

The outgoing head of the Cumberland Economic Development Corporation has recommended a monthly meeting of key players in the Baltimore Street project.

Paul Kelly made the proposal at this month’s meeting of the Downtown Development Commission…

The proposal was well received, with a request that the first meeting occur before Kelly leaves his position on August 31st.
